The Withrow Family
My name is Denise G. (Bourne) Withrow, I have had horses for over thirty five years. Almost all of that time has been spent with Tennessee Walking Horses and Spotted Saddle Horses. I have shown many of those years on the circuit and for 4H but now use most of my time for my family, which loves to camp and trail ride in our free time. I love horses and the horse industry and have met some amazing people over the years while continuing to learn new things each and every day about horses. My love for horses has been passed on to my husband Scott and my two daughters Taylor and Tristen. We raise, break, and train Tennessee Walking Horses, Spotted Saddle Horses, National Spotted Saddle Horses, Spotted Mountain Horses and Racking Horses. I am a licensed SHOW Judge, a TWHBEA certified riding instructor, and a SSHBEA registration inspector. Although we both work full time outside of the home and have two very active daughters we always find time for the horses, which are a very important part of our lives. Right now the only showing we are doing is through 4H with the kids and a few open shows. We mainly break our own horses, however when asked we always try to help out so that someone else can enjoy their horses as much as we do our own. We believe in sound horses and train with all natural methods ensuring a win-win situation for both the horse and the handler.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank my parents and grandparents (Jerry and Dottie Bourne and John and Minnie Sasser) for introducing me to horses at an early age and teaching me about a breed that I love so much.

We were founded in 1973 by Doug and Linda Gabel, as a training facility for race horses. In 1979, we began breeding show quality Tennessee Walking Horses, and we added Kentucky Mountain and Arabian breeds in 1984.

Rockin Bar W Ranch is a small size Tennessee Walking Horse and Spotted Saddle Horse Breeding Farm located in Camden, Ohio. We are in Preble County just north of Cincinnati and south of Dayton. We are specializing in producing show quality TWHBEA, SSHBEA, NSSHA, SMHA, and RHBAA horses.
